[Bug report]: 32-bit color picker

As of Photoshop 20.0.1, the chips displayed for the positive side of f-stops in 32 bit color picker appear in the wrong order (+1 chip appears on the right under label +3, +3 chip appears immediately next to the current color and labeled +1).
