BUG: Standard Round Brush Stroke Pixels jump to fully opaque at a certain level

So I just freshly installed Photoshop CC 2020 and the round brush is acting all weird.

Without audio and your brush settings it hard to tell how fast you are moving your mouse or pens to know what brush spacing  effects you should see particularly when your are zoomed so far in 500% and are using a soft brush
