Bug With Type Tool

The Type Tool randomly cannot be resized. Cursor icon jitters like its had 16 Monsters. Had this ongoing for about 2 weeks.

Have you tried resetting the Type Tool

If that doesn't work try resetting Photoshop preferences

Hello, can you tell us more about your machine (I see from the close icon on your Layers panel that you use a mac) and setup, which version of Photoshop, are you using?  File size, type of font (typekit?)
