Just quickly, these are some of the bugs that I am experiencing with the new 23.0 release...
1. Font filters do not work. If you change the font class to Handwriting for example, or any other, the list is blank. Worked fine before the update. I did clear out my Photoshop font cache and it did not fix it.
2. I feel like the marquee (marching ants) selection box is laggy now when you move it around the screen. It's just not smooth. It's not a delayed stutter, but more like it used to move at 60 fps and now it's like 10 fps. It doesn't write the the same number of frames to the screen (Hz/FPS) as much as before when you move the box/oval/etc from point A to point B. I use Photoshop nearly every day for work. I did update to the latest driver for my GPU and it did not fix it.
3. Copy/paste is more laggy. There used to be a slight delay in pasting, but now it's noticeably longer. Most of the art I work with is about 5000x5000 px so I am experiencing it that size/pixel count now.
