bugs, the screen blocks,its two weeks now

It's been two weeks now i cannot work on photoshop. 2-3 minutes on working and the program crashes..everything blocks and the only thing i can move is the mouse...i started to see this after the last bug fix updates...once it crashes it could go for overs...i try to download an old version...the one i used a lot and didn't gave me any problems was photoshop 22.5 . This new version of 23. is giving me so much trouble I'm stuck in weeks now with some projects. My computer is a 2019 hp spectre x360 i7 with GeForce gtx grafic cards so i don't think the PC is the problem on preferences I've made sure to run the program with the grafic card and power it with the ram as well.

Go to Preferences > Performance... and uncheck Use Graphics Processor. Restart Photoshop. Does the problem persist?

It may help if we could see your Photoshop System Info. Launch Photoshop, and select Help >System Info...and copy/paste the text in a reply.

Looks like your graphics processor is still enabled.

Please try the following:

Go to Preferences > Technology Previews... and check "Disable Native Canvas" - then restart Photoshop. Does the problem still occur?
Go to Preferences > Performance... and uncheck Use Graphics Processor. Restart Photoshop. Does the problem persist?

i try to uncheck Graphics Processor restart Photoshop ,it doesn't work.

i try to install a previous version and it didn't help it still crashes and freeze how can i fix its almost a months i can do any of my uni works.

well the laptop is two/three years old now...i bought it in 2020, the hp spectre x360 is a 2019 model i think it has still potential..but with photoshop its a nightmare...I'm working with 3d programs and it doesn't give me any trouble.

It appears as if your second monitor is pluggerd into Intel(R) UHD Graphics 630, this may cause issues.

Things to try:

Please plug both monitors in to the same nVidia Card.
After you plug it in nVidia crad > add System Info again and we can verify it.
