bulk export png using diffrent layer combinations

Hi,

 I am working on a project that will produce our catalog images for every diffrent option of our racing seat. I have created a PS file that has all the possible color combinations and have them as layer groups with a sku identifier at the end of the name.

for example the seat in the pic is all black and has layers Z1,Z1,T1,S1 visible. I would then need to export this as a png. Then repeat thousands of times for each color combination.

I am trying to output large amounts of pngs automatically using a script or data set. I am just not that experienced with PS to know exactly which direction I should go.

Any help will be greatly appreciated

I do not understand the Layer structure; please post a more meaningful screenshot that illustrates which Layers are to be used in combination.

With a commercial option here (I don't know the cost or if there is a demo etc):

The forum is going to need to see cropped screenshots of the layers panel only and you'll need to offer better descriptions as it is not clear how this should work.

What I am trying to accomplish.

Automatic output of thousands of images from one PS project.

I have a list of specific layer combinations that I need to out put.

Here is a small example of the images I need,

Z1-Z1-T9-S1 = only the Z1,Z1,T9,S1 layers visable> export
Z1-Z1-T9-S2 = only the Z1,Z1,T9,S2 layers visable> export
Z1-Z1-T9-S3 = only the Z1,Z1,T9,S3 layers visable> export
Z1-Z1-T9-S4 = only the Z1,Z1,T9,S4 layers visable> export
Z1-Z1-T9-S6 = only the Z1,Z1,T9,S6 layers visable> export
Z1-Z1-T9-S7 = only the Z1,Z1,T9,S7 layers visable> export
Z1-Z1-T9-S8 = only the Z1,Z1,T9,S8 layers visable> export
