Burn tool was not installed, acquired it, still can't find it. I got to PSD/Windows < not there

yea thought the word Burn would sum up situation and the screenshot. Go figure.

All of the tools are in the toolbox, it just shows the most-used so it doesn't take up so much space. You can access all the other tools by using the ellipsis (…) icon at the bottom of the toolbox, and this isn't downloading, just revealing. If you're seeing an actual active download dialog then in all likelihood you have a cracked version.

Hi

I think the reason we were confused is because your screenshot shows your Window menu with the list of panels and you mentioned that you downloaded the Burn tool, so we thought you meant something else. You won't find the Burn tool in the Window menu, and you can't download it or remove it.

The Burn tool is in the Tools panel. The shortcut is "O", which is shared by Burn, Sponge, and Dodge, so use Shift+O to cycle between the three, or right-click to see nested tools.

If you still don't see it, follow Tony's advice, as it may be a hidden tool.

If that doesn't work, go to Help > System Info and paste into this thread so we can better assist.
