If that fails, be sure "open in Low Resolution" is not checked. Exit Photoshop.

Go inside your Application/Photoshop CC folder. Cmd i (Get Info) on the Photoshop app, and uncheck "Open in Low Resolution".

Restart Photoshop.

First, try a Preferences reset and let me know if that worked.

Hi Gener7, thank you so much for this answer! I'm experiencing the same problem since I've updated to MacOS Big Sur but only on the filter windows (camera raw, filter gallery, liquify).

In my case it only works correctly if I tick "open in low resolution", so it's kind of the other way around.

The problem is I do lose a lot of definition which is a problem when photo editing.

Would you know how to fix this? I had no problems in MacOS Catalina, but no other applications are affected in Big Sur.

Thanks in advance !

Hi

Last time I saw a user with similar problem, it was a Font conflict.

Are you using a Font Manager ?

Check in your FontBook for duplicate or corrupt font set(s).
