Hi guys,

I've been coding Photoshop scripts via Python using win32com.client.Dispatch. That gets me the app object, and gets me decently far. But is there any way to call alert from Python? I've seen some scripts online describing how to set up a socket connection so that Python can send Javascript commands, but I'd prefer not to need Photoshop to be open and running the client end of that script if I don't need to.
