Cambio de color

Hola queridos colegas, se me presento un problema: 

al duplicar una capa en un mismo archivo me cambia de tonalidad la imagen a que se debe?

The layer and the image are fine - you are seeing the gradient shading left to right - same as the original layer.

I've overlayed the right side over the left below:

If you want this to blend seamlessly, flip one of the layers horizontally:
