Camera Raw 15.1 XMP files are not saved

In the past my camera raw setting for each picture was saved in a XMP file in the same folder as the raw file itself. Now this no longer happens, there is no XMP file in the folder. All XMP are stored in the user/pictures folder.

How can I change the XMP location back to the raw file folder ?

    Sure. It says that with the setting to sidecar XMS fil, it will be saved in the original folder with the raw file. But it is not.
