Camera RAW and Photoshop 20.0.3 Network file issues

Photoshop will not open a Canon RAW image file .CR2 on a network drive. If you locate the file in Bridge and double-click, Photoshop returns the error message:

"Could not complete your request because the file was not found."

If you right click and open in RAW, then click Open, Photoshop application opens, but no file is opened in Photoshop.

If you move the file to your local machine and try to open, it opens as expected.

This is a major bug and has crippled working with files on shared/networked drives.
