Camera RAW CS6 is broken in MacOS High Sierra

I recently upgraded to High Sierra from Yosemite.  Of course the first app I checked was PS CS6, and everything seemed to be working as expected.  However, last evening I had a few RAW files to process, so PS opened CR for the job as usual.  Problem is, if I hover over one of the tools it immediately opens the info dialog for that tool.  by itself that is not a problem, except that the dialog will not close.  With a number of these annoying notes present I cannot actually get to the tools I need to use.  If I close Camera RAW the notes stay as they were and the only way to get rid of them is to close PS.  I have a feeling this is probably not an Adobe issue, but more of an OS issue, but thought i would offer this up here first.  I checked and found that the latest version of CR for PS CS6 is 9.1.1, which I have installed, but it only covers up to Sierra.  I had initially wanted to upgrade to Sierra, but of course that OS is no longer available for upgrade.  One of the recently bad decisions from Apple in my opinion.  I am including two screenshots to show the problem, with an without CR active.  Hopefully someone might have a bit of advice on this matter.

    CS6 is not supported in High Sierra. You've upgraded past the point of compatibility.

    Your only option is to either downgrade your OS or upgrade your Lightroom/CR.

    You can go to Photoshop>Preferences>Interface, uncheck Show Tool Tips and then restart photoshop.

    That should stop the tool tips in camera raw as well when used from within photoshop cs6.

      CS6 is not supported in High Sierra. You've upgraded past the point of compatibility.

      Thanks for the reply,

      As stated, I wanted to Upgrade to Sierra, but it is no longer available.  I've been on the site you mentioned, but they are all Updates, not OS Upgrades.  Obviously I cannot update an OS version that I don't have installed.  I would have to get the original Sierra Upgrade, but again, that is not available.  I've checked online and it's nowhere to be found.  Apple was really pushing High Sierra and totally dropped the Sierra Upgrade in the APP Store as well.  As I mentioned, every aspect of PS CS6 that I have tested works flawlessly in H.S., except for Camera RAW.  I do still have an HDD with Yosemite installed, so I can boot on that one for CR processing if necessary.  Not very convenient, but the price I pay for not noticing that CR is not supported in H.S.  On the Apple forum there is a plethora of issues with H.S., most of which I have not encountered, so I'm hoping that the next H.S. update might also cover the dialog stickies in CR.  As mentioned in my OP, I imagine those dialogs are managed by the OS and not Adobe.  But of course I have no way of verifying that assumption.
