Camera Raw doesn't work and liquify

Hello. Please help, I'm tired of fighting with this program. First, liquify doesn't work for me. I have to restart Photoshop and then liquifyworks well. Now Camera Raw doesn't work. It also starts working only if I restart Photoshop. There is no incompatibility with the graphics processor. Everything writes well. Then what's the matter!!! I'm so tired of this. I even removed Windows 11 and returned to 10, but it's no use. Clients are furious that I don't have time to hand in work because of Photoshop.

I have a very similar problem, camera raw and some filters work fine to start with and then either won't launch (Topaz Photo Ai) or give a program error occured (camera raw). Restarting PS allows stuff to work for a little while and then reccours. - only occurs with 25.11 previous versions (24.x) work without issue. and yes I have reset the preferences and tried reinstallation of both PS and Camer Raw

I was banging my head because of this issue, and I found the solution that I think will definnately work.

step 1: uninstall Photoshop beta

step 2: restart PC.

do not need to roll back to any previous versions
