If it is possible to create a custom script to adjust the only Luminance noise reduction and noise detail from the CAMERA RAW FILTER Menu with the sliders for the purpose of Noise reduction of the image with preview.
The CameraRAW plug-in is NOT scriptable. There are some ways to remote control it; we are using it in our image optimizing tools, but it is not for the faint at heart, and requires quite a bit of external programming.
The CameraRAW filter is indirectly scriptable, by using the Scripting Listener, and then noodle around in its result (warning: there are many, many options…).
