Camera raw filter problem

every time I open the camera raw filter, there will be a progress box that won't work and Photoshop can't be used, I have to force quit and my file won't be saved.

my photoshop is 25.6

    hello, thank you for the answer, I've tried deleting preferences but still camera raw freezes, I've also tried downloading the latest camera raw but it's still the same, here the system info

    If that doesn't help, can you post your Photoshop system info, in Photoshop go to Help > System Info, hit the copy button and paste the entire thing into this thread
