camera raw Impossible ouvrir fichier en raison d'une erreur de programme

Je n'ai trouvé aucune solution à ce bug, toutes les suggestions ont échoué.
Qui peut m'aider ?

 

==> Filtre Camera Raw
==> Impossible ouvrir "fichier" en raison d'une erreur de programme.

Directement en ouvrant un fichier .raw ou en appelant le menu "Filtre Camera Raw"
Problème aléatoire, fonctionne quelques fois puis bug sur tous les fichiers : raw (), psd, jpg, etc.
Fermeture PS et réouverture : ça refonctionne puis re-bug.

Hey, @olivierr51820439. Welcome to the Photoshop Community. I'll help you figure this out. 

Before troubleshooting, ensure you have the latest version of Camera Raw installed from the Creative Cloud desktop app.

 

Are you working with multiple displays? Keep only one connected at a time to test for stability. In Photoshop, press & hold the CTRL + ALT key, go to Edit > Preferences > Camera Raw Preferences, and select 'Yes' when prompted to reset Camera Raw preferences.

 

After this, clear the GPU info & Logs location on Windows is %APPDATA%\Adobe\CameraRaw. A shortcut to get to this folder on Windows is:

  • Press the Windows + R
  • Enter %APPDATA%\Adobe\CameraRaw

  • Rename the GPU & Logs folder in this directory by adding .old at the end. (GPU.old & Logs.old)
  • Launch Photoshop & Camera Raw again.

Thank you for this information, which I have applied in full.
I was able to use CameraRaw 4 or 5 times and, again the message “Unable to execute ...”.
Then I closed and restarted PS: CameraRaw runs a few more times and again error.
Do you have any other suggestions?

J'ai pu utiliser CameraRaw 4 ou 5 fois et, à nouveau le message "Impossible d'exécuter ...".
Puis, j'ai fermé et redémarré PS : CameraRaw fonctionne encore quelques fois et à nouveau erreur.
