Camera Raw Masks not Working / PS Version 24.7.0

I'm using Photoshop version 24.7.0 and when I use Camera Raw to edit a portrait photo. I choose the mask option to find people. Usually, it allows me to make separate masks of the person. This option isn't working, and the mask is also wrong. How to fix that problem?

I've:
