Camera Raw version selection

In previous versions of Camera Raw, if you open a file shot, say in 2009, that version of Canera Raw version opened the file, that's be bad news, the good news is that on previous versions of Camera Raw, there was a opiton to open the file in the latest version.  On the current version of Camera Raw I cannot find that option. My question is: Does that option to open the old RAW file in the latest CR version — and if so, where do I find it?
