When I buy Photoshop for 12,09€ / month (Lightroom, Lightroom Classic, Photoshop and 20 GB cloud),

can I automatically open and use Camera Raw?

Yes when you try to open a RAW file from PS with File > Open then point it to a RAW file type. It will first open in ACR.

When you install Photoshop it will also install the Adobe Camera RAW (ACR) plugin to use in Bridge and PS.

 

You do realize that the Develop module in LR Classic is using the same, but Built in, version of Camera RAW that is included as a plgin for PS and Bridge.

It's a good question for a new user, though, as Bridge and ACR are not actually specified on the Plans page.

Yes, Bridge is a very good point: one can batch rename, batch apply camera raw settings, apply powerful metadata templates, etc.
