Camera Raw

Hello

I recently reinstalled Photoshop 2019 as I couldn't get to grips with the changed in PS2020 in time for a deadline. I am now having difficulty using Camera Raw. On some files it's grayed out, even files created in PS2019 last year), and on others it looks like the first image when it used to look the second image. How do I get it to display the way it used to. Where are the fx in Camera Raw and my presets?
