Can anyone help with license plate

Hello Adobe community.

On July 28th around 4am my car was hit by another car while parked on street.

I was able to find some video footage from local business and friendly neighbors but its still not enough to find this person.Got color,model and year range but trying to get at least 1 or 2 letters/digits from license plate.

If someone have time and skills maybe you can help me....was told that footage from dark alley may be my best chance.
