Can anyone identify this font

Hi everyone,

         I am trying to type with example font I have shown below and I don't know what type of font or name this would be. Any help would be appreciated. I also made the rectangle border red around it using the shape tool and wondered if there was a sure way so that the font size and spacing of the font would be right. The whole thing has to be 2" x 3". This is for a sign. And I have been working on a canvas size that is 8.5 x 11.  I have the text in black until I an change it to red using the right font.
