Can anyone use Generative AI after the latest update?

Has anyone else been unable to use Generative AI after the update?
It keeps saying: “Something went wrong. Please try again.”

 

 

It worked fine before the update, so I’m not sure if it’s a regional issue or a bug.
Any suggestions or similar experiences would be really appreciated!

I just tested this on my end and Generative AI seems to be working fine for me. Could you share a few more details so we can help out better? Does this happen with every image you try? And if you don’t mind, could you let us know your general location?

Hi @Aleke, thank you for getting back to me!

Yes, the issue happens with every image I try, and I’ve also tested it on new and old Photoshop files — the result is the same.

This only started after the most recent update. Before that, Generative AI was working fine for me.

I’m currently in Thailand, so I suspect this might be a regional issue.
Would love to hear if others in the same region are experiencing this too.

Hi @jidapa_9829! Thanks for reaching out.

As far as I know, there shouldn’t be any issues using Generative AI features in Thailand. I haven’t seen any recent reports of problems from users in the region either.

Just to help narrow things down, are you possibly using a school or organization Adobe account? Sometimes those accounts have restrictions in place. Also, if you’re using a firewall or VPN, try turning it off temporarily and see if that works.

If your account is managed by an organization or if a firewall is blocking access, you might need to whitelist certain domains. You can find the full list here, or in the case you are on an organization account, you can ask your account admin to take care of it: https://adobe.ly/4osowtc
