Can I install Adobe ps on chromebook

I have chromebook can I install full photoshops and not the google play store version. Or do I need to actually install linux thing to work

Photoshop runs on macOS and Windows. ChromeOS, based on Linux, can't run Windows or Mac apps natively.

This site tells you how to install PS on a PC and run it on a Chromebook using Chrome Remote Desktop. It says it is not ideal.
