Can I save an image to Creative Cloud that the public can view?

I went to Flickr this morning and it was down. Is it possible to load an image to the 20gb I get from Photoshop Cloud as I use Photoshop monthly, AND, allow the public to view this image?

Here are a variety of ways to make your image available for the public to view:

• Share for review
• Save it as a Cloud Document, open it from https://assets.adobe.com/cloud-documents which will open it on https://photoshop.adobe.com/. Then use the share icon to create a link to share it.
• Add it to an Adobe Express web page.
• Add it to an Adobe Express document and use the Share button to share it.

Myra, or anyone, if I choose "share for review" where is the file stored — the file (no editing, commenting, only for viewing)—  the public will view by clicking the link I provide? I want to make sure it is always available.
