Can I sell designs made with Toon Action?

Hi there!

I recently went back through my Photoshop actions and found the Toon Actions set I downloaded a while back. My question is whether I can sell the designs I make with it? For example, I took a picture of my favorite pet, and made a design using Toon Artist with it. (I attached the design) Theoretically, could I then sell that design, or can I not since it is an official Adobe action?

I'm not a legal expert but the action was made publicly available from Adobe.com I don't see why you couldn't use that just like any other Photoshop feature to produce art for profit.

The page even states "We encourage you to use the action in both personal and commercial projects"
