Can i stop the subscription?

Hello to everyone, I want to start a subscription (photoshop+lightroom) but since I don't always use it, I want to pay one month but not the other. So I want to stop the subscricption when 

I'm sure that I will not use it, if its possible. 

So I want to decide for example:

This month I pay to use for one month photoshop. Next month I don't pay because I don't use it. Next month I pay and so on.

The "cancel-anytime" plan is the monthly version of the Photoshop plan at $31.49 per month. It does not include LR.

The Photography plan with 20GB cloud space is annual with a fee for early cancellation, and is deeply discounted at 9.99 a month. It includes LR.
