Can no longer open my folders

Everything was working fine on my MacBook Pro until this past weekend. There was an update and now when I try to open my folders using the Photoshop app it won't open. I also cannot 'Save As' into any folder. All I see is this folder, which I can no longer access. It never had that arrow on it before.

Please help!

Did you update to Catalina? If so, there are permissions problems. Google "Catalina permissions" for some answers.
