Can not download Kyle T. Webster brushes

I just purchased Photoshop CC and wanted to download Kyle's brushes, however, as I sign in the page remains the same with bio information and does not take me to the downloads. I read that it could be a region issue, but read that it has been solved a while ago, so I don't know what to do.

Have you tried accessing them from the Brushes Panel menu

Yes that's what I have tried, it takes me to https://www.adobe.com/products/photoshop/brushes.html?promoid=XKMMHH6G&mv=other and I can not move past that page anymore.

Maybe try a different browser, the link you posted works fine for me with Firefox and IE11

I am using firefox and tried also with chrome and Explorer which had similar outcome.

It's all solved, thank you very much for your help. My payment was still pending and now all accepted, with it the download is working too!
