Can Not get any plug-ins to install Mac M4 photoshop error 6

I have tried everything and am very frustrated. I have. a programmable logitech mouse, loopedeck and I want to download other cool plug ins. I have uninstalled everything, striped the computer of anything adobe, re intstalled Uninstalled all Creative Cloud everything. turned off firewal. Very frustrated. Did other stuff i have not listed because I am so frustrated and bummed.

It's a question about downloading and installing plug ins ( ALL PLUG INS) on photoshop. I get Error 6 which talks about compatiablity.

p.s. i don't think the adobe website, and forums in particular, are easy to navigate, so don't spend a lot of time searching that forum list. do your best and we'll move the post (like this one has already been moved) if it helps you get responses.
