Can not opening old Photoshop files.

After updated Adobe creative cloud today.  I can not opening my old Photoshop files. 
Does anyone have the same issue?  How to fix this?

 

My Latst Photoshop is 21.0.1

What exactly did you update, and how are you trying to open your Photoshop files? What operating system are you running?

Hi Theresa,

 

I updated Photoshop (21.0.1) and also updated XD, Illustrator and Bridge.  Only Photoshop have problem to opening old files. I am using Window 10 Pro (Version 1809).

I also attahced a screenshot of my previous Photoshop versions.
