Sorry to hear that you're getting error while trying to save the file, could you please try updating Photoshop to the latest version which is 20.0.7 via the Creative Cloud app and let us know if it helps?
Also, restarting the computer and then let us know if the issue persists.

Ssahil,
I upgraded Photoshop to the latst version. I shut down and restarted my computer( P/C sunning Windows 10)
It took some time to restart ,but when It restarted it still had 2018 on the opening poster.
I did not start Lightroom,but I took an image already in photoshop ,modifyed it slightly and tried to save it. I got the same message (see Attachment. It may help to know that I can save files to the Picture folder in C drive) That is no good to me because under the lightroom catalouging system files must be kept in the same Lightroom folder or you can not find them.
I just tried another save while I was waiting for your reply and it worked. It is possible that have solved my problem.
I will run another tet later.
