Can only crop with ratios in CC.

In CS6, I had a crop which was drawing at no particular ratio, any dimensions or size I wanted.  Now I can only find ones with ratios, none of which I want, in some instances. I think one was called unlimited before.

    If you have any numbers inside text fields in the Options bar or Original Ratio is selected from the first drop.down list, just click on Clear button and you will be able to draw freely. As already mentioned above, there are some changes in behavior so you may need to hold down Shift if you do not want to maintain original aspect ratio/constrain proportions while drawing.

    Hi

    Have you checked your Crop settings, also the way the transform works which affects the Crop tool as well has changed in Photoshop CC 2019 try hold the shift key while dragging the handles
