I have several actions that are not even coming into my program...can anyone help me understand?

I don't understand the question. Photoshop 22.4.3 -is- CC. So you seem to be saying "does Photoshop CC work with CC?" Can you give us more background please, on your problem with actions.

I cant import brushes, actions into my box. I thought perhaps I just dont have the right ability or something to connect. I'm not a wiz here.. I never imported actions and thought even it the artist uses an older version, I should be able to import. That help?

Could you please post screenshots with the pertinent Panels (Toolbar, Layers, Options Bar, Actions not in Buttons mode, …) visible?
