Can Photoshop generative fill make photorealistic people...or refine results?

I have a number of images that I want to put people into (see attached sample). I have been trying to use Photoshop's generative fill to add the people into the picture...but it seems to not be very good with people/hands etc. When you look close the people look very weird (again see the attached picture). Is there a way to get more realistic looking people and/or refine something so that when it is close you can improve on it? Equally would it be easier trying to use something else for this task...if so what would you recommend? Many many thanks in advance for any help you can give please.

@murray26873853t8li yeah... Photoshop's generative AI, while impressive, sometimes makes people look "weird" because it's essentially guessing what should be there based on the surrounding pixels. Since it's trained on a massive dataset of images, it can sometimes blend features from different faces or misinterpret lighting and perspective, leading to distortions or unnatural appearances. It's still learning and improving, so while it can do amazing things, it's not perfect and can sometimes create uncanny or slightly off-putting results, especially with complex subjects like human faces.

One suggestion: stock photo image, perhaps using puppet warp to pose realistically. Matching lighting can be tricky, but doable.

It's not specific to Photoshop. This is a general shortcoming with AI everywhere. It has no understanding of what a human being is, so you get six fingers, disjointed limbs and deformed faces.
