Can't Access Filter Gallery (8 Bit / Channel Already Set)

Hey all,

 

I'm working on an album cover and need to apply the cutout filter to my image. Per prior support articles, my Mode Settings are RGB and 8 Bits/Channel. Really need to turn this around ASAP - what can I do to get the filters operational again?

 

Note this is a massive file, 12.375 square 3000 dpi. Does that have something to do with it? Tried converting to JPEG / PNG as a flail, didn't help.

I fixed it - file was too big. Apparently theres a size limit of 30,000 x 30,000 pixels for that feature to work.
