Can't click anything / window not opening

Just if anyone facing this till now , try rechecking your Scratch Disks (if it's only on one Scrtach Desk make it on multiple ones ) Fixed the isssure for me ! 

I'm dealing with the same problem in the recent most recent update CC 2025. I'm reinstalling photoshop CC2024 to see if that fixes it.

Anyone have even an idea of a possible solution? Or what the issue is?

Having same issue here, I'm just working on photoshop , I have not saved the working document but suddenly it not working the shape of crouser also changed and not clippable anywhere on photoshop. I want to save my work , Is there any  quick solution please?

A system hang or freeze requiring a computer restart usually means a low level failure such as a driver (bad video card driver, etc), failing hardware (hard disk, video card, etc.) or damaged OS installation. 
It may help if we could see your Photoshop System Info. Launch Photoshop, and select Help >System Info...and copy/paste the text in a reply.

The same here. It freezes, can click anything and it fails saving the work. It happens during work, I can't say it happened upon startup and the only way out is via task manager. It started happening 3 or 4 days ago.
