can't create new document

Hi,

I have been having trouble opening photoshop and illustrator on my mac. When I launch the app there's just a blank page and it won't ever let me create a new document. How can I fix this?

This happened to me as well. I think the problem is that you haven't updated the app. After I updated it to the new one, I could open new documents again.
