Can't disable Shadow Clipping warning

When using Camera Raw I can't disable on screen shadow Clipping Warning. Or perhaps it is enabled in another setting?

I try toggling the controls at the top of the main page, but the visual clipping graphic warnings stay visible. It's helpful, but I prefer to disable after seeing which area needs adjustment. (see screen shot)

I checked prefs, and don't see an option that has been left on.
(I have a late 2013 MacPro - Cmaera Raw 16.5.0.1954 and PS 25.12.3. Monterey 12.7.6 is the most recent OS that will run on this unit)

Thanks

Faux, you mean you click the shadow clipping warning so that the blue won't display? I can't reproduce on v26.5 under Sequoia 15.4.1.

As an aside with consequences, can you adjust the Exposure, Shadows and Blacks sliders to make the blue go away?

(we pause, while we wait for one of the experts still running Monterey to try to duplicate the problem).

Yup, that's what happens, as described & shown in screenshot. And yes, I can reset the black pt.  Just trying to turn it off. Maybe its just a bug as my OS is so old.
