Can't enable the graphics processor

New Here ,
Jan 27, 2021 Jan 27, 2021

Hi, after moving my office computer to my home, I've not been able to open Photoshop without it crahsing a few minutes later. The error message that pops up suggests enabling the Graphics Processor will fix this, but when I follow the insutructions here, the option is greyed out as shown in my attachment. Any ideas how to fix this?

Thanks!Photoshop Crashes.jpg

Hi

What type of GPU do you have and what exact version Photoshop are you using

Did you go through the troubleshooting steps here, especially section 7

Looks like you updated to a bad video driver in the process. That happens quite often. Roll back or try to update again.

If you updated Photoshop, video card requirements have tightened quite a bit in the latest version. A card that used to work may no longer be up to it.

I've backdated it a couple of versions to when I was last in the office and it works fine again now. Thanks!
