Can't export Color Table from Photoshop (22/23)

Hoping someone can provide help. I'm trying to export a color table from Photoshop, but keep getting an error message. 

First I indexed the colors:

Then I opened up the Color Table:

I then selected Save and went to Photoshop/Presets/Color Swatches to save the colors.:

But when I clicked Save, I got the following error message:

I did what it suggested and checked "Get Info" to confirm that the file is not locked. I tried both duplicating and "saving as" a new file. I have tried this process in both Photoshop 2022 and Photoshop 2023 and am receiving the same error message in both. I am on a Macbook.

What am I missing here?
