Can't export photoshop file with hyperlink as one image

Hello!

I have used the slice tool to create a hyperlink within an image - around text I created in Photoshop.

When I save the file for web I make sure to toggle so that all the slices are visible.

Then when I click save I make sure that in the ' SLICES ' field it shows 'ALL SLICES' ...nevertheless when I go to the folder with the saved document, it shows all the individual slices as separate documents....

I need to embed this in an email, so it needs to be ONE FILE, NOT FIVE SLICES.....

Please help!!!  Thank you

You might be misundertanding how this works. This is exactly what is supposed to happen.

What you should have gotten is an HTML document (in your case named PROMO.html) with a folder "images" with your slices in it.

This material then has to be hosted: say, on on your web server or emailer like Mail Chimp or some other such delivery mechanism, and there would still be some text editing to do on the html code to facilitate that (re: location of the images on your server, etc). The only thing that would be attached to your email is the PROMO.html file.

Frankly, considering you are only worried about one link (your website) you might be better off creating a PDF of your piece and adding a clickable link using Acrobat. This way you can just email the PDF as an attachment.
