can't find msvcp140_codecvt_ids.dll can't use PS AI.
I've reinstall PS
At first msvcp140_codecvt_ids.dll wasn't there, I download it from https://windll.com/zh/dll/microsoft-corporation/msvcp140-codecvt-ids#google_vignette
and put it in SysWOW64 but it still doesn't work.
