Can't find shape fill and stroke in the tool options bar

Whenever I create a shape in Photoshop, I used to be able to change the color and stroke in the tool options bar at the top. When I try it right now, I can't see this option anymore. 

 

Can somebody please help me on how to get this option back?

In your screenshot, you have the Move tool selected. To show those in the Option bar, you need to have the Pen or Shape tools selected.
