Can't import my PSD files to After Effects

I can't import my PSD file due to this error, even though I downloaded a QuickDrive. What is a good alternative to solving this?

You said you downloaded “QuickDrive” but the error is about QuickTime, so maybe QuickDrive is not related to the solution.

The problem sounds like this other thread that turned up in a web search about that error:

Based on what that thread says, does the PSD file you are trying to import include a video layer? If so, does it help to use the solution from the other thread?
