Can't Install Photoshop?

So I recently purchased a license for Photoshop, since I use it quite frequently. It says on the Adobe website that my OS isn't compatible, which is a load of crap, since it is very much compatible. It says it can be used with Windows 10, and yet Adobe tells me I need an OS update. I was able to finally install Photoshop via Creative Cloud desktop, and it runs just fine. Is there an error in the Adobe website, or is something else the issue entirely? Because I don't have any idea why Adobe would tell me my OS isnt compatible when it appears to run just fine without any issues.

Correct answer John Waller

Could be a browser issue. Opera is known to produce this error.

I think you're correct. Because I tried it on Chrome, and it immediately
opened without any issues. It's not even telling me I have an incompatible
OS anymore. Thank you so much.
