Can't Install Plugin from Adobe Stock

I'm trying to install PiXimperfect's Compositing Plugin. I load up the Adobe Creative Cloud  App, Check that I'm logged in;  go to Resource Links> Stock; I then get directed to the Adobe Stock page. I then select Plugins from the top menu bar and search for Piximperfect. It show the plugin as being available, but there is no option to install.  It is the same for all the other  Plugins. I am running the latest version of Windows 11 on an Intel computer, with the latest version of Photoshop.  Why am I unable to install any plugins ?  Thanks.

Are you on a Windows machine with an ARM processor? Those aren't supporting plugins yet. Here's more information:
