can't open cloud documents/ seems like all of them aren't existing anymore

I cant open any photoshop documents I've saved in my adobe cloud

- "item was not found or you don't have access to it" when trying to open in photoshop directly

 

when I looked after my cloud it says its empty even if I had many dokuments saved there..

Note - Please check if you are trying to open any document from Recents which you might have deleted & not available on cloud.

@Alina Johanna B , Can you please confirm on above requested details from Jeff & Daniel.

In addition to that, please share below:

1) Reproduce the error and then get the logs via log collector tool - https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/cc-log-collector.html and upload it.

2) Go to Photoshop's Help Menu->SystemInfo, Copy the details and upload it.

3) Please share screenshot of the message.

Sometimes updates can wedge a process. If you have not tried... go to Mac Activity Monitor and Shut down / End task...

- CCXProcess
- Adobe Desktop Services
- Creative Cloud / Helper etc

- Core Sync...

 

Then restart Creative Cloud.

If you go to https://assets.adobe.com/cloud-documents can you see and inspect your documents there?
