Can't open images or create new projects

Negative, I have also manually deleted every trace of every Adobe software, and then reinstalled everything.

Still nothing.

So the new Photoshop installation, after using the Cleaner Tool,  hasn't worked either?

I did, checked it myself cause it's my job xD

I've also spent 30-40 minutes on the phone with Adobe and no dice, we went through a bunch of stuff and nothing worked.

You might have a faulty component, it might be worth you getting your system checked out.

I might try that tool then, cause I assure you my PC is not nearly old enough to justify PS not working properly.

How old is your computer? I ask because nowadays Photoshop needs a powerful computer to run efficiently. I'm a Mac user myself so I don't know much about Windows specs. The other thing you might consider, assuming no-one else comes up with a better suggestion, would be to use the Adobe Cleaner Tool to remove all versions of Photoshop and install a clean version.

And how much spare hard disk capacity do you have?

I'm using both PS2023 24.7 and PS2024 (Beta).

I did reaett that already more than once, to no avail.

The next thing to try is to reset the Photoshop preferences back to the factory defaults. You can do that under the General tab in Photoshop preferences, then close and reopen the application.
